GETRENTACAR VIP STATUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GETRENTACAR, INC., a Delaware corporation with the registered address at 9E. Loockerman Street, Suite 311, Dover, County of Kent, State of Delaware, 19901, USA (the “Company”) offers to the users of GetRentacar.com service registered as Renters to receive VIP status as it is described below.
VIP status provides for the following preferences:
- 10% discount on any booking at GetRentacar.com service as well as at www.gettransfer.com, www.getexperience.com;
- 3% discount on any booking at www.getjet.com, www.getboat.com;
- 50% discount on the cost of delivery for any car rented via GetRentacar.com service;
- personal GetRentacar.com service support manager available 24/7;
- access to unique offers and first access to special offers and promotion actions at GetRentacar.com service as well as at www.gettransfer.com, www.getexperience.com, www.getjet.com, www.getboat.com;
- invitations to closed offline events of GetRentacar.com service, such as drag racing, drift or rally parties;
- NFT access key to closed events.
VIP status may be granted to Renters who subject to payment of an annual subscription fee in the amount of USD 1,000. Upon payment, a virtual card shall be issued to the name of the payer.
VIP status starts on the next day upon the subscription payment and lasts for 12 following months.
It may be renovated without limit, but cannot be transferred to or obtained for the benefit of a third party. Once granted, VIP status cannot be canceled and lasts upon expiration, and the subscription payment is nonrefundable.
For the purposes of getting the above-mentioned discounts at the Rent booking a VIP card number shall be entered into the promocode field. In any other issues related to the vehicle rent booking, including the cancellation procedure and no show rules, the provisions of GetRentacar.com End User License Agreement shall apply (available at https://getrentacar.com/en-US/car-rental/terms/user_agreement/client).
